Why do I keep getting very painful, small bumps on my scalp? - why phisohex

Potholes are red, but no grain. Breath normally occur at the top of my head, but they have begun to occur at the temples and forehead and hair. They are painful when touched unexpectedly - a sharp pain on the nerves. I have tried dermatitis shampoo, anti-bacterial cream, mushrooms, Selsun shampoo, Phisohex shampoo, hair lotion, creams, Canesten cordisone but still nothing has worked. I lived in a tropical country during the last ten years, and this has just a year ago. I wash my hair usually every two days. My hair is shoulder length.
